Our Michigan State University Spartan Gymnastics High- Performance Camp includes 2 days of skill instruction on all 4 Women’s Olympic events, including Vault, Bars, Beam and Floor with the addition of a tour of Jenison Field House. Events will also be gender-specific according to enrollment. Athletes are grouped corresponding with their recreational or competitive level of that season, with athletes of their same or similar proficiency level. This camp consists of realistic goal setting for the athlete with emphasis placed on technique, form, execution, drills, and consistency in a positive reinforced setting. Our instructor to athlete ratio is 1 to 8. A Spartan Gymnastics t-shirt is included at check-in for each participant.
